Even though last night’s UFC Vegas 16 main event between was hastily put together (after Kevin Holland tested positive for COVID-19), Marvin Vettori and Jack Hermansson put on quite the show. The Europeans went all five rounds in the main event with the Italian Vettori (who replaced Holland) getting the unanimous decision victory.
Media scores, shared by MMA Decisions, all favored Vettori. However, there was some diversity regarding how Vettori bested Hermansson. Bloody Elbow’s Dayne Fox gave scores of 49-45 (opting to give Vettori a single 10-8 round).
