The marquee matchup for UFC San Antonio just involved the promotion’s #12 ranked welterweight Leon Edwards winning clean decision over the #4 ranked Rafael dos Anjos. The 17-3 Edwards extends his impressive winning streak to eight-straight, and in his post-fight interview called out Jorge Masvidal. We all know why. He also showed interest in a rematch with Kamaru Usman, who was the last man to defeat Edwards back in 2015.
Edwards found an early takedown on the former UFC lightweight champ and was able to eat up some clock from the top. RDA eventually made it back up to his feet and started to work his leg kicks.
