With Jon Jones sitting in the front row at Santa Ana Star Center, Jan Blachowicz couldn’t have sent a stronger message to the light heavyweight champ.
Saturday’s UFC Rio Rancho headliner saw Blachowicz get a second crack at Corey Anderson after he lost a lopsided decision to Anderson at UFC 191 back in September 2015, and the Polish veteran capitalized on the opportunity with an emphatic first-round knockout victory.
“The whole world, they was wrong about me,” Blachowicz said post-fight. “I proved that I’m one of the best in the world.
