UFC on FOX 17 injuries and medical suspensions: CB Dollaway, Cole Miller sat until further notice

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be sending some of its mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters to the sidelines following the carnage at the UFC on FOX 17 event last Sat. night (Dec. 19, 2015) inside Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

Chief among them is middleweight veteran CB Dollaway, who was smashed by Nate Marquardt on the FOX Sports 1 "Prelims" (watch it here). Joining him on the indefinite suspension list is featherweight grappler Cole Miller, who needs his eye cleared after Jim Alers used it to play pinball.

That's not all.

Here is the complete list of UFC on FOX 17 injuries and medical suspensions (via MMA Fighting):

CB Dollaway: Suspended indefinitely pending CT scan and doctor's clearance; regardless, suspended no less than 60 days
Cole Miller: Suspended indefinitely pending orthopedic clearance on left eye
Luiz Henrique: Suspended 90 days, requires neurologist's clearance
Donald Cerrone: Suspended 45 days
Junior dos Santos: Suspended 30 days
Josh Samman: Suspended 30 days due to contusions to face, hard fight

Just a quick reminder: Fighters often return to action much quicker once doctors give them the green light.
