Gian Villante is among three fighters from UFC on ESPN 12 who could be sidelined for a significant period of time.
Villante, who fell victim to an arm-triangle choke in Round 3 of a heavyweight clash with Maurice Greene, is out for 180 days unless a left hand x-ray is cleared by a doctor. At a minimum, Villante is suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
