There was no official Fight of the Night at UFC Fight Night 86 in the UFC's debut in Croatia, but there were plenty of performance-bonus winners.
In front of a sellout crowd of 13,177 at Arena Zagreb in the nation's capital city, heavyweight contender Derrick Lewis earned $50,000 for his first-round stoppage of Gabriel Gonzaga. It wasn't easy for Lewis as Gonzaga took the American down and ultimately obtained back mount in the beginning of the bout before Lewis was able to escape to his feet. There were some controversial referee separations, but Lewis flashed his trademark power, landing a flurry on 'Napao' with a punishing right hand that closed the show.
