Submission specialist Davi Ramos does not lack confidence.
While the Brazilian makes final preparations to take on John Gunther at UFC Denver, he told Ag Fight about his title aspirations and how he would fare in a fight against current champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
A ADCC world champion, Ramos has won most of his MMA fights by submission, which, alongside his jiu-jitsu background, leads him to believe his grappling skills far surpass Khabib’s. However, Davi also claimed to be the superior man in a possible striking affair against the champ.
“I’m more well-rounded than (Nurmagomedov),” Ramos said.
