UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum wants a rematch against Fedor Emelianenko in December.
Last week, during a trip to the North Caucasus to participate in a Youth Forum, Fedor Emelianenko revealed that he is particularly interested in a rematch against Fabricio Werdum for his first fight back from retirement. It was a decision that caught several fans and pundits by surprise, as Werdum currently reigns atop the heavyweight division, while Fedor's management has never been able to conduct fruitful negotiations with the UFC.
Yet is appears that the champ is also keen on the rematch against one of the all-time greats, even though Fedor has been away from professional fighting for three years.
