UFC featherweights Ricardo Ramos and Lerone Murphy will collide at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island on July 15, sources confirmed to MMA Fighting following a report from Ag. Fight.
The Fight Night show will be headlined by a featherweight showdown between Calvin Kattar and Dan Ige, with former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar making his bantamweight debut in the co-headliner opposite Pedro Munhoz.
Ramos (14-2) will enter the octagon for the first time in 2020 after bouncing back from his first career-loss to Said Nurmagomedov with a decision against Journey Newson last June, following up with a successful return to the 145-pound weight class by submitting Eduardo Garagorri inside one round in November.
