UFC 263 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fourth episode for this weekend’s huge show in Arizona, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off in the fighter hotel with Israel Adesanya’s team working out. His brother says that Israel grew up hard, and if he didn’t have enough food he would still just give it to his dog and go train. His brother is an inspiration to him.
