A lot of hype surrounded the 26-year-old Australian when he made his UFC debut last year but he came up short that night. He more than made up for it in his second appearance as Tafa blasted Juan Adams with punches to secure TKO win with the fight ending at just 1:59 into the opening round.
“I just wanted to prove, we’re warriors,” Tafa said while celebrating his handiwork. “Shout out to the legend, Mark Hunt, you’re the man.”
With only four fights on his resume before Saturday night, Tafa is still learning on the job but he definitely made adjustments ahead of UFC 247.
