It’s the middle of fight week for UFC 231, as all eyes will be on the top two championship bouts, featuring featherweight king Max Holloway against Brian Ortega in the main event, while former Muay Thai rivals Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Valentina Shevchenko square off for the vacant women’s flyweight title in the co-main event.
