After only his second loss in two years (in which he’s fought twelve times), Neil Magny heads into the UFC’s 2016 curtain closer against a man he considers his greatest challenge to date, former UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks.
Magny (18-5) will meet Hendricks (17-5) atop the FS1 prelim card for UFC 207 on December 30th. It’s a show headlined by the return for former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey - who takes on incumbent Amanda Nunes.
Hendricks has lost four of his last six fights, including his two most recent bouts; to Kelvin Gastelum and Stephen Thompson.
