Diaz made a flat $500,000 salary in last night’s submission win over Conor McGregor. McGregor, meanwhile, became the first UFC fighter to score a disclosed salary of $1 million.
McGregor was also ineligible for a win bonus.
Holly Holm also earned $500,000 for meeting Miesha Tate in the show’s co-main event.
