UAE Warriors reaches the midpoint of its three-event weekend today with UAE Warriors 36, going down live from the Jiu-Jitsu Arena in Abu Dhabi.
The main event will have the lightweight title on the line, as champion Bruno Machado defends his title against Yun Jae Jung. Although Machado has not competed in MMA in over two years, Machado did compete against UFC legend Anderson Silva in an exhibition boxing match last May. Making the return to MMA, “Caveira” Machado is riding a six-fight winning streak, including wins over UFC veterans Mickael Lebout and Mike Santiago at UAE Warriors 15 and UAE Warriors 12 respectively.
