An injury has forced a change to a big light heavyweight bout at WSOF 22 on August 1st.
World Series of Fighting's 22nd event will take place on the same day as UFC 190, and needs all the starpower possible. But they caught a bad break when one of their most valuable light heavyweights suffered an injury. According to MMA Fighting, Tyrone Spong has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled bout with Mike Kyle due to a sprained MCL.
According to Spong's manager, it will not require surgery.
