Two “Ultimate Fighter” winners are now scheduled to square off.
“TUF: Nations” winner Olivier Aubin-Mercier will do battle with Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace Leonardo Santos, winner of “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 2” at UFC 212 on June 3 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The promotion announced the clash on Monday.
The 28-year-old Aubin-Mercier has won five of his last six, only dropping a unanimous decision to Carlos Diego Ferreira in January 2016. Beyond that loss, “The Quebec Kid” has racked up recent wins over Thibault Gouti and Drew Dober, taking both out via rear-naked choke.
