Alex Schoenauer is an MMA veteran and a professional stuntman, but it’s hard to imagine a more dangerous scenario than the one his latest job interview put him in.
MMA Fighting confirmed with Schoenauer that he has issued multiple lawsuits after being shot with a round of live ammunition at a recent audition. The story was first reported by TMZ.
Schoenauer is claiming that during an audition for JMP Productions last September in Southern California, he and a stuntwoman were asked to enter through a door while carrying semi-automatic rifles. The stuntwoman’s weapon allegedly fired a live round that, per TMZ, struck Schoenauer’s upper arm/shoulder from behind.
