When fans hear the word progress – or progression for that manner – they usually associate it with the upward trend of a fighter’s career. However, the downward spiral of a fighter is a part of their career progression too. Usually, regardless of whatever direction a fighter is headed, the development of their career is gradual. On rare occasions, all it takes is a single fight for their fortunes to change in a sudden.
This list is my personal choice of the top five fights that ended the legitimacy of the careers of the unfortunate souls to come out on the losing end.
