Tony Ferguson has no plans to retire after third loss in a row, declares ‘now I’m pissed’ as he seeks to end streak

Tony Ferguson isn’t going anywhere but back to the gym in order to correct the mistakes that led to his current three-fight losing streak.

The former interim lightweight champion suffered another setback at UFC 262 after he was thoroughly dominated by Beneil Dariush over three rounds in the co-main event. The loss put Ferguson at 0-3 in his past three appearance inside the octagon after falling to Justin Gaethje and Charles Oliveira in 2020.

While there’s certainly no shame in falling to the new UFC lightweight champion, as well as two fighters currently ranked in the top five at 155 pounds, Ferguson’s performances have seen him only win a single round during any of those bouts.
