Nicco Montano has been in the UFC for four years, yet for a myriad of reasons she’s rarely been inside the Octagon.
Montano was supposed to fight on last Saturday’s UFC Vegas 33 card against Wu Yanan, but a horrible weight cut and seven-pound weight miss resulted in yet another cancellation. Her weight cutting issues have now transcended two divisions and it has UFC president Dana White questioning Montano’s future in MMA.
“I don’t know off the top of my head, but over three or four of her fights have been canceled,” White said to UFC Arabia’s Farah Hannoun.
