Outside of a nine-month suspension for a positive PED test, not much has gone wrong for Brian Ortega during his stay in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Part of an exclusive group as one of 31 undefeated fighters on the UFC roster with at least one victory inside the Octagon, Ortega will carry a 12-0 record into his showdown with perennial featherweight contender Cub Swanson in the UFC Fight Night 123 main event on Dec. 9 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. The 26-year-old Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt has rattled off four consecutive wins, all of them finishes, since he returned from suspension in June 2015.
