Case in point: The Las Vegas-based promotion has released “The Ultimate Fighter 29” winner Bryan Battle after he missed weight badly ahead of back-to-back outings. MMAFighting.com was first to report the news.
Battle Struggled on Scales But Won Consistently in UFC
Battle was scheduled to face Nursulton Ruziboev in a middleweight bout at UFC 319 this past weekend. However, the contest was ultimately scrapped after “The Butcher” checked in at a whopping 190 pounds one day prior to the event.
