Terence Crawford is calling it a career.

The 38-year-old multi-division boxing world champion announced his retirement in a social media post, which included a highlight video, on Tuesday.

“Walking away as a great with nothing else left to prove,” Crawford wrote in a post on X.

If the retirement holds up, Crawford walks away from boxing with a 42-0 career mark. The Nebraska native known as “Bud” held undisputed titles in three divisions: lightweight, welterweight and super welterweight. His last appearance was a memorable one, when he moved up to super middleweight to defeat Canelo Alvarez via unanimous decision at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas this past September.
