Things happen in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA) that look pretty bad on paper.
Nate Diaz's recent backstage squabble with Jason Guida at UFC 199 last week (Sat., June 4, 2016) is certainly one of them. After all, Diaz is currently scheduled to fight Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight champion Conor McGregor in a rematch at UFC 202 on August 20.
After seeing his younger brother, Clay, lose to Brian Ortega via third-round knockout, Guida had a physical altercation with Diaz backstage. Until now, details regarding the situation were unknown.
