Suspended former Bellator MMA champion, Alexander Shlemenko, is no fool, vows to sue CSAC over three-year MMA ban

The former Bellator middleweight champion vows "everything will be different in court."

Alexander Shlemenko is not going to take his three-year suspension from California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) lying down.

Shlemenko spoke to Sports.ru about the decision shortly after it was announced, declaring "my task now is to sue" to restore his reputation and overturn the ruling. Shlemenko believes every part of the drug test procedure was flawed from the start.

He explains:

"The participants of the tournament took five doping tests. There were only four in the laboratory. This calls into question the accuracy of the commission in this tournament.
