Colin Cowherd and Jason Whitlock have a new show on FOX Sports 1 called "Speak for Yourself," which is described as "a discussion and opinion-based studio program that covers all the headlines from across the world of sports." One of the segments is called, "Check Your Mentions," a bit where Cowherd and Whitlock check who has Tweeted at them and then debate the topic at hand.
On a recent episode, college football superstar -- and pre-season Heisman Trophy frontrunner quarterback from Clemson University -- Deshaun Watson supposedly Tweeted at Whitlock, asking whether or not he had to lead his team to victory over Lamar Jackson's Louisville Cardinals this weekend to guarantee his spot at the Downtown Athletic Club's podium at the end of the season.
