Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight power puncher, Shane Carwin, is making his mixed martial arts (MMA) comeback later this year for RIZIN Fighting Federation in Japan.
That’s where he intends to fight combat sports deity Fedor Emelianenko, thanks to the benefits of free agency.
In fact, Carwin accepted a fight against “The Last Emperor” two weeks ago, but is still waiting for Emelianenko to sign on the dotted line.
“I did accept a fight with Fedor,” the full-time engineer wrote on Twitter. “He likely won't fight again. I met with Rizin and they have a great offer but NOTHING is signed.
