American Top Team’s Garner (16-9) met his end 4:11 into round one, snapping a modest two-fight winning streak.
Kharitonov (23-5) -- who also won his first matchup with Garner on Nov. 25 -- remains one of the top heavyweights never to compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
