Sean O'Malley doesn’t want to end his UFC career like Tony Ferguson.
O’Malley is scheduled to fight rising bantamweight contender Yadong Song at UFC 324 on Jan. 24 in Las Vegas. O’Malley (18-3) hopes to earn a title shot against Petr Yan with a potential win over Song (22-8).
O’Malley casually teased that he might even retire if he defeats Yan. One of O’Malley’s friends reminded him that while some people leave the UFC at their peak, others continue fighting like Tony Ferguson.
