The UFC’s March PPV event looks to be adding a fight between surging welterweights.
Multiple people with knowledge of the promotion’s plans confirmed to MMA Fighting that a matchup between Sean Brady and Jake Matthews is being targeted for UFC 259. The event takes March 6 with a location and venue still to be announced.
Brady has won all 13 of his professional bouts, including his three octagon appearances. The Philadelphia native made his promotional debut in October 2019 and earned a unanimous decision win over Court McGee at UFC Boston.
