Ain’t nothin’ like a little locker room drama before a big title fight, eh? Exactly one month before reigning UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey defends her throne against Holly Holm at UFC 193, Rousey’s mom, AnnMaria De Mars, decided to publicly lambaste her coach, Edmond Tarverdyan.
Anyone within the MMA circle knows that De Mars has never been one to bite her tongue, and she absolutely let loose with LatiNation about Tarverdyan’s “terrible” skills as a coach. Oh, and De Mars also claims he’s a “bad person” to boot.
“I think Edmond is a terrible coach, and I will say it publicly,” De Mars emphatically stated.
