Rise FC 5 is set to take place on November 30th, 2019 in Chilliwack, BC. The main event was announced today on Rise FC’s Instagram page. Chad “The Monster” Anheliger will be defending his bantamweight championship against Chilliwack local Jamie “The Gremlin” Siraj.
The Monster
Chad Anheliger became the Rise FC bantamweight champion earlier this year after defeating Craig Maclean via TKO. Winning the bantamweight title turned Anheliger into a “double champ”, as he was already the Rise FC flyweight champion. This is Anheliger’s first fight since becoming the champion as he dealt with a broken hand from the win.
