The light heavyweight title will go up for grabs at Taura MMA 11 when reigning champion Richardson Moreira will face off with fellow UFC veteran Jonathan Wilson in the main event on Oct. 30, MMA Fighting has learned.
Taura MMA 11 will take place in Kissimmee, Fla. with a small number of fans allowed to attend the event. Promoters will sell 1,800 tickets for the socially distanced event with the Silver Spurs Arena set to hold up to 15,000 fans.
After dropping three fights in a row including a pair of losses in the UFC, Moreira bounced back with a win in his last outing against Marcus Vinicius to claim the Taura light heavyweight title.
