A fight between top middleweight contenders Darren Till and Derek Brunson is being targeted to headline a UFC Fight Night event on August 14th.
ESPN first reported the news on Thursday. The fight is subject to Till receiving medical clearance for a broken collarbone, the same injury that forced him out of a fight with Marvin Vettori last month.
Till (18-3-1) has suffered three defeats in his last four fights. Once a top contender at 170 pounds, Till overcame a tough challenge in Kevin Gastelum when he made his middleweight debut at UFC 244 in November 2019.
