Mateusz Gamrot has criticized Paddy Pimblett’s performance against Justin Gaethje.
Last month, Pimblett and Gaethje locked horns for the interim lightweight championship at UFC 324. Despite ‘The Baddy’ entering the fight as a favorite, ‘The Highlight’ was quick to flip the script on fight night.
With relentless forward pressure, sharper striking, and pace, the 37-year-old knockout artist dogwalked Pimblett from start to finish and showed raw dominance. The Brit got his face pieced up and was dropped several times en route to a unanimous decision loss.
While Pimblett and Gaethje put on an entertaining show, the bout was less of a technical affair and was mostly pure stand-and-bang.
