Randy Couture: Jon Jones needs to win heavyweight title to be top P4P fighter

Following his dominant win over Justin Gaethje at UFC 254, Khabib Nurmagomedov had one wish - to be named the number one pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Despite Jon Jones complaining about it (over and over) since then, Khabib was indeed granted the spot by the rankings panel.

Jones’ constant tweets about the subject have led many media members, fans, and even fighters to chime in on the subject. One of those fighters is a former light heavyweight champion who went up to heavyweight to cement his legendary status by winning the HW belt.
