Justice may not always be swift, but it will always prevail.
In August, MMA-fighter-turned-wrestler Raja Jackson—the son of legendary former champ Quinton Jackson—entered the ring at an independent wrestling event in Los Angeles and brutally attacked another wrestler. Lifting up and slamming down the wrestler known as “Syko Stu” or Stuart Smith, Jackson started bludgeoning Smith from above. As a result, Smith was knocked unconscious, bloodied with broken bones and briefly placed into a coma. He has since regained consciousness and been discharged from the hospital.
Public outcry grew about Jackson’s actions that had not received any legal repercussions for several weeks.
