Logging into social media Tuesday night, Bill Algeo (18-9 MMA, 5-5 UFC) took to Instagram to announce his retirement from competition. In the post, the featherweight veteran happily described his journey as a fighter and how it shaped him into the man he is today. Although his days inside the cage are over, Algeo intends to remain involved outside of it by furthering his teaching career at Algeo MMA & Kickboxing, which he owns and is the head coach at.
