Sage Northcutt's opponent doesn't seem to be too impressed by the fast-rising UFC newcomer.
Next Thursday, fast-rising UFC newcomer Sage Northcutt is set to take on 17-fight veteran Cody Pfister in his second outing in the UFC and only his seventh pro MMA fight overall. The ultra-popular 19-year old finished all of his previous opponents, most of them in the first round. With his technical pedigree and fetching looks, many believe the long-time karate practitioner could be the UFC's next big superstar.
But Pfister doesn't believe the hype.
"Sage is very young, so that's a big advantage for me," he said on the first episode of UFC Fight Pass Embedded, the video-blog series for December 10th's UFC Fight Night.
