Israel Adesanya has repeatedly accused UFC 253 opponent Paulo Costa of using performance-enhancing drugs (PEDS) in the leadup to their highly anticipated middleweight title bout on Saturday, and ‘Borrachinha’ has finally issued a response.
As one of the most well-built and imposing fighters on the UFC roster, Costa says his chiselled physique is the result of good training, healthy eating and good genetics.
“You know ,it is a joke to me,” Costa, who has never failed a drug test, said of Adesanya’s accusations, per TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter. “It is all that he has to say about me.
