Paddy Pimblett believes the next year is going to be the biggest year of his life.
Pimblett is scheduled to fight Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title at UFC 324 on Jan. 24 in Las Vegas. The interim booking was made because reigning champion Ilia Topuria plans on taking a hiatus for personal reasons. Pimblett plans to beat Gaethje and unify the title against Topuria next year. “The Baddy” also expressed interest in defending his title against Arman Tsarukyan, who is widely considered the most deserving title contender.
