Paddy Pimblett will now take on TUF finalist Joe Giannetti at Cage Warriors 111 on Nov. 22 at the Indigo due to an injury forcing Donovan Desmae from their London clash.
Cage Warriors announced the new opponent via press release on Wednesday. It’s the second time that a bout between Pimblett and the Belgian has fallen apart. The Liverpudlian was forced from their initial Dec. 2018 date due to injury.
Pimblett (14-3-0) is one of the best known fighters competing under the Cage Warriors banner. A former promotional featherweight champion, “The Baddy” has been sidelined from MMA competition for 14 months due to a hand injury.
