The last few times I’ve interacted with Sherdog colleague Devin Tejada, he has brought up something I hadn’t thought of before but realize in retrospect that it should have been obvious. Reigning Ultimate Fighting Championship women’s bantamweight titleholder Kayla Harrison has proven she can make 135 pounds and went on to win the belt there. Now, the UFC needs to give up on the idea of her continuing to fight in that weight class after she wraps things up with Amanda Nunes at UFC 324.
