This weekend, the sparkling new home of the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers plays host to the UFC Octagon, as 12 sets of competitors will make the walk inside Rogers Place as part of UFC 215.
Headlined by a pair of highly anticipated championship bouts, Saturday’s foray into the Great White North also features a pair of former lightweight standouts pursuing gold in different divisions with Rafael Dos Anjos making his sophomore appearance at welterweight opposite the returning Neil Magny and Gilbert Melendez debuting in the UFC’s featherweight ranks against durable veteran Jeremy Stephens.
