LOS ANGELES — Former WBC cruiserweight champion Noel Mikaelian says there will be no doubt this time. The 35-year-old German contender insists he was robbed in his first meeting with Badou Jack, and he plans to reclaim his title in emphatic fashion when they meet again on December 13 at Ace Mission Studios in Los Angeles. The 12-round main event, headlining Championing Mental Health’s “CMH 2: Rematch Season” card, will air globally as one of the year’s most intriguing comeback bouts.
