Nathaniel Wood believes his opponent, Jose Delgado , deserves to keep his entire UFC 321 fight purse.
Wood fought Delgado in a featherweight tilt on the UFC 321 prelims last Saturday in Abu Dhabi. Delgado weighed in at 147 pounds, missing the non-title featherweight limit by a pound. Delgado was fined 20% of his purse for missing weight, which would go to Wood for accepting the fight. Wood scored a come-from-behind, unanimous decision win, which had fans divided about the scorecards.
However, Wood has refused to accept 20% of Delgado’s purse, which the Englishman found insignificant compared to his own.
