Two top-ranked Featherweights headline the UFC’s first-ever South Carolina card on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019 at UFC on ESPN+ 12 in Greenville and Bloody Elbow’s own Nick Baldwin had the opportunity to speak with the talented Brazilian MMA fighter headlining the event against the Korean Zombie, none-other-than Renato “Moicano” Carneiro.
Renato’s been fighting since 2010 and is looking to “beat him... get Zombie out of the way” for a win to get back into title contention. He intends to “train as hard as (he) can and fight has hard as (he) can and controlling the pace”, furthermore he “will not respect Korean Zombie” (like he did José Aldo) he will “put his weapons out and show to the people what I can do.
