Following two losses in his first two Legacy FC bouts, flyweight Matt “Danger” Schnell returned to the company in May as part of the promotion’s combined kickboxing and MMA event, and picked up a second-round submission win over Albert Tapia.
The win over Tapia was Schnell’s fourth in a row, to which he gives a lot of credit to a change in camps.
“I’m training at American Top Team, making the move about a year ago, and just working hard towards getting better, staying busy, and getting my record in order to where it reflects the type of fighter I am,” Schnell told MMAWeekly.
