Marvel Studios producer Kevin Feige has weighed in on a fan-inspired campaign to land Ronda Rousey the "Captain Marvel" role in upcoming film. And while he didn't exactly welcome the UFC women's Bantamweight champion with open arms, he did express interest.
"I love it. That happens occasionally, and I think that's a testament more to the strength of the characters," Feige said during an interview with IGN.
"You look at the ways we've cast our films in the past and it's always about who's the best person to inhabit the character.
